Refund and Returns Policy

We stand behind our products. If unfortunately you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, if you have received an incomplete or incorrect order, or if you believe the product is faulty, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue. We only accept refunds if the item has a manufacturing defect.

Eligibility for Exchange/Return

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and return the item within 10 days

• The item must be unused and with tags and packaging intact

Please note that exchanges/returns will not be accepted. They will be accepted in the following cases:

• If the return request is made outside the specified time period

• The product was made to order or personalized. We recommend that you read the product-specific return policies available on the product detail pages of our website.

• The product has been shipped internationally (outside India).

Returns Process

Contact us via email at contact@djsonsindia.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number, description of the issue and photos. Make sure you keep the original invoice/label. Our team will get in touch with you within 2-3 working days. After our team contacts you regarding your exchange/return request, you will be asked to return the product to us.

The address will be provided in the email.

Replacement delivery/return will be at the buyer’s expense.

Refunds

Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will refund the full amount (excluding shipping, duties and taxes) to your account within 15-25 working days.

Cancellations

Orders can be modified/cancelled before they are dispatched. Orders may be dispatched immediately so please contact our team as soon as possible by sending an email with your order details to info@aarogyapremiumtea.com.
